1. Product Inspection at Delivery
Most of our orders are placed through Cash on Delivery (COD).
We always request our customers to check the product properly while the delivery person is present.
If you find any issue or concern with the product at the time of delivery, please immediately contact us. We will take appropriate action on our end.
2. Complaints After Delivery
If you accept the product and later find any problem, such as suspicion of quality or adulteration, you must provide valid proof to support your claim.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we may approve a refund or exchange, but we reserve the right to deduct delivery charges where applicable.
Refund processing may take 24 hours or more, depending on the case.
3. Orders Paid in Advance
If you pay in advance and find any issue while receiving the parcel, you can refuse to accept the package and notify us. We will then proceed with a refund.
However, if the parcel is taken home without checking and later a complaint is raised, the above-mentioned post-delivery policy will apply.
4. Online Payment Failures
If your online payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, we are not liable for the issue. Please contact your bank or payment gateway support for resolution.
5. Third-Party Scams or Miscommunication
If anyone claims to represent Marhut and scams you outside of our official communication channels, we will not be held responsible.
